I attempted to place an order on the app around 12:30 am. The order was accepted and payment was processed, so everything seemed to be okay. However, I received a call from the restaurant saying they were not offering delivery. I offered to pick up the order myself, but they informed me that they were no longer making pizzas. If you are going to close at 12:30 and advertise being open until 1 am, please update the closing time for the sake of customers.
I received the wrong pizza and the restaurant refused to fix the issue over the phone. When I went in person to speak with the manager, they were not available. I will never spend my money at Domino's again. The service was terrible, with rude, immature staff. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and received something completely different. Overall, a disappointing experience that has made me reluctant to visit this establishment again.
The restaurant failed to deliver our food, so we had to pick it up ourselves. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff just looked at us through the glass doors without offering any assistance. They also refused to refund the delivery fee. There was no cashier or manager present, and when we got back to our hotel, we realized that the pizzas were not even cut. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This particular store NEVER corrects their mistakes. They need to do away with this location. I placed an order and it was partially incorrect, I called the same day. No answer. We were given the incorrect order and when we asked for it back, we were unsure if it was being given to someone else. It was very unsanitary and we will not be ordering from this location again.
This is unacceptable gave them another try and they failed again. Worst dominos I ever encountered. This a thin crust pizza cut completely wrong.
I order frequently and It’s always hit and miss on the quality. In this case it was a hit but just a bit too greasy and too many jalapeños.
