The staff and service at this Domino's Pizza are very disappointing. Orders are frequently mixed up, and my latest visit was particularly frustrating. When I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order, I was told the item I wanted was unavailable. They mentioned they were going to call me, but waiting until I showed up to inform me was unacceptable. I've had enough of their poor service and cannot recommend this place.
I was let down by the boneless chicken pieces. They were breaded, which wasn't indicated in the Domino's menu brochure. I won't be ordering them again. Also, the salad wasn't fresh since it was prepackaged.
The pizza was excellent, though the staff seemed a bit unfriendly, possibly because it was near closing time. On the bright side, this pizzeria stays open later than any other restaurant nearby.
The person I spoke to abruptly hung up on me in the middle of placing my order. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I attempted to order on June 1st at 10:20 PM. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I’m not sure why the food quality at Loading and Loading varies, but this place is outstanding. It’s definitely better than Howell on Route 9!
The manager of this restaurant is extremely friendly, and his name is Izhar Khan, the king of Manalapan Domino's.
