Had a 15 drive before arriving athe CBS store. Would have liked to order in advance. Lady answered but said could you wait 2 minutes please but did not wait for my reply. No answer 8 minutes so called back again. Same lady, same approach and no opportunity to talk to her. Kept phone open and kept driving. Arrived walked in to find 2 customers and no one at the phone. Asked why she didn 't pick up the phone and her response was she was too busy. Interesting approach to customer service!! Pizza usually good.
This is a joke anyways.. here in CBS 5 min. from Dominos Pizza.. Ordered last night for del. for large Pizza.. Grand-daughter went out pd for it for me. Today I asked how much ..she said $43.00 . I thought it was wrong.. But sure enough... for Del. Its $22.70 for a pizza but if I PU its $12.99.... then $15. for del. plus Tax!!! what a rip off!!!
The store definitely needs more drivers. Delivery is always late.I ordered a pizza and boneless chicken. It's been 25 mins, I called the store, and the guy said it will take 20 to 30 mins. The driver is not here.
Our pizza was extreely hot when it arrived. Also the delivery driver was awesome making sure that our pizzas got inside without getting wet as the weather was horrible!

The app is convenient, and the CBS location is fast and efficient. Plus, the pizzas always taste amazing!
The food was outstanding and delicious, the staff was friendly, and their service was incredibly fast.
