Absolutely terrible. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Last night I placed an order and received the wrong pizza. After calling to inform them, they offered to bring a new one or provide a credit for next time. I requested the correct pizza be delivered, but it arrived looking like someone had purposely messed it up. The service was terrible and the experience was disgusting. I will never go back and I urge others to not make the same mistake I did. (I didn't even touch the pizza and threw it out immediately. Who knows what they did to it)
I ordered a pasta dish that was just okay. The bread twists with cheese and marinara were missing the marinara sauce. They attempted to make up for this by offering me 20% off a regular priced item. However, this was not a satisfactory solution as they already have a standard coupon for 20% off the entire order. The customer service was disappointing. If Pizza Hut or Papa John's were nearby, I would have chosen to order from them instead.
Got two medium two topping pizzas we picked them up and got them home it was beyond disappointing they were both burnt and the philly cheesesteak was all dried out you could hardly identify it was meat, and the bacon well let’s just say you couldn’t even find the bacon on it there was only a few pieces and that one was all dried out also. Will not be going back there again.
We arrived at the restaurant at 12:58 and had a fantastic experience with Ed and Teon. They were amazing in taking our order for 4 pizzas and breadsticks. Domino's Pizza consistently delivers satisfying pizza with a crispy crust and flavorful sauce. While the toppings could be more unique, they are generous. The prompt and friendly delivery service makes it a reliable choice for a quick and delicious meal. The service is fast and the restaurant is clean.
I have ordered online for pickup at various Domino's locations, and most of the time my order was not ready when I arrived. This was not the case at the Domino's in Midland Park. My order is always ready and the staff are super friendly.
Haledon, North Haledon, Midland Park, Fairlawn and Glen Rock locations are being reported to corporate. LAZY PEOPLE THAT CAN'T DO A JOB THEY GET PAID FOR. PIZZA HUT AND POPPA JOHNS ARE THE BEST.
