I ordered $57.99 worth of wings and pizza, but they arrived an hour and 25 minutes later than the estimated time. When I called the restaurant, I found out my address was listed under the wrong zip code. I decided to cancel my order, but the employee asked for the correct address and assured me that my order would be made fresh. Unfortunately, it wasn't fresh at all when it arrived.
The next morning, I called the restaurant again and was told there was nothing they could do since I hadn't called the night before. The person I spoke to didn't even offer to put me on hold to check for a solution. Instead, he said my only option was to leave a negative review, and maybe then the area manager...
I ordered online but didn’t receive the discount that was supposed to apply. They charged me the full amount, canceled the transaction, then processed it correctly but failed to submit the refund. My money was held for over a week, and I had to call multiple times before finally going to the restaurant myself to retrieve it. Overall, this was an inconvenient experience.
Vegetarian options: They offer pizza and pasta without meat.
I placed an order online at 12:12 am and confirmation said 30-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour my tracker didnt move beyond prep so I called the store and my order still wasnt started. Was nearly 2 hours before it was delivered to my hotel less than 3 miles away. I do not reccomend online orders unless you have the time to hurry up and wait and call the store to make sure someone is doing their job.
The website doesn't offer an option to add extra BBQ to the chicken, so I had to call and request it. This time, they added it, and it was just right for me. The BBQ bacon chicken is my favorite—it's the only thing I order. Occasionally, it can be a bit dry, but not this time!

Ordered pizza delivery guy was great whoever made my pasta bowl ripped me off I've ordered from here multiple times and it was okay. But the portion I got was so small it wouldn't even feed one
Ordering online is easy and my delivery always comes fast even on weekends! It’s always hot and exactly what I ordered! The delivery drivers every time are very friendly and always pet my dog!!
Waiting for over 20 mins for my curbside delivery. My other food was cold. I will NEVER order from here again.
