I ordered online and the tracker indicated that my order would be ready in 30-40 minutes. However, it never updated beyond the prep stage. When I called after waiting 45 minutes, the staff member informed me that they had just put my order in the oven after I had been on hold for a few minutes. This seemed unbelievable. He also mentioned that they had received 130 orders that night, which I found hard to believe, but regardless, it shouldn't be an excuse for Domino's. It was unprofessional to hear him complaining about being overwhelmed while talking to a customer. This was really disappointing. It seems like the staff needs better training. Approach this location with caution.
Terrible service at this location. Way slower than the tracker said and it happened multiple times. I show up, at a slow time, and ask about the status of my order that I placed 15 minutes ago when the tracker said it would be ready in 10-15 min. They haven’t even started it yet and I hear that it will be another 10-15 min. Ridiculous
Ordered delivery and they forgot my dipping cup that I paid for, forgot a fork for the pasta, and they delivered it to the wrong house. Someone called me saying they got my pizza dropped off at their door and my number was on the box so I had to go get it. Defeats the whole purpose of the delivery
This is the best Domino's in Deerfield, no doubt about it! The closing crew is fantastic and incredibly courteous. My coworkers and I place orders twice a week, and our orders are always spot-on! Hands down the best place around! Thank you, Deerfield team!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Completely understaffed, took half an hour longer than was promised before ordering, and got home to find the WRONG order!! We can’t eat pizza with meat as we keep kosher. Total failure, I’d recommend literally any other pizza place.
Very ghetto rude place, was expecting more from this dominos as it is in a nice neighborhood. food came looks like it was taken from and missing. ordered toppings for the medium pizza but got regular cheese pizza instead. ???
The pizza here is quite average, perhaps even below average. There's just something not quite right about it.
For what it is, always my go to place. I would say pizza is quality but the chicken wings are cheap.
