This place is horrible. If i could give 0 stars i would. We ordered for delivery at 6 pm and left specific instructions how to get inside our apartment. We had received a message that driver was in the neighborhood and the the following message was our order being canceled. We called the store and they stated the driver tried calling but we never answer which was false we never received one from him or the front door. They told us that we would have to re pay for our order and that a driver would bring us our pizza back. (Which is fine if that was the case) 7:30 pm rolls around and still no pizza. At this point the food has been sitting out for about an hour and a half. I called back to ask...
I am disappointed with my recent experience. I tried to have a salad delivered, but since I was home from the hospital, I couldn't drive there tonight. I spoke to Angelica, who told me that I could only add chicken to a pizza and not to my salad. When I requested to speak to a manager, she informed me that there wasn't one available. However, she did connect me with Logan, who is a manager. He suggested a different salad (a Caesar salad) just like Angelica had mentioned, and he said the dressing would come in a packet. I was initially pleased, but then I found out the price was quite high—a small salad plus an additional $6.00 for delivery, even though they're only a little over a mile away....
I called ahead to ask if they accept EBT, and I was informed that they do. However, when I placed my order at Domino's, the cashier was unsure how to process the transaction, which led to a lengthy wait for a manager. When the manager came to help, they also struggled to complete the transaction, claiming that the internet was down. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I left without my food, and I didn't receive an apology or any compensation for my time and effort. The customer service and managerial support were both very disappointing.
This Domino's location has great staff ,thank you to the whole kitchen and a special thank you to Ruben he was so polite with great customer service and I appreciate all his help. Our pizzas came out great keep up the good work.

Good pizza. But bad delivery, they forgot my dipping sauce which I had already paid for I HAD ALREADY TIPPED. WOW was really craving it. :
