I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm, but as of 8:33pm, I still haven't received it. I called the restaurant twice and was told that the driver was 5 minutes away each time. After calling back 20 minutes later, I was given the same excuse. When I called again after another 20 minutes, I was put on hold for 18 minutes while they checked with the driver. Despite all the wait, I still haven't received my pizza. I am extremely disappointed and will be calling to cancel the payment tomorrow. This is unacceptable.
The service at this restaurant is extremely poor, as they were quite rude to make me wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes after calling me to tell me to be there as they were one minute away. When I checked the app, it showed that the order had already been delivered.
Ordered online, showed as delivered, called, they said the driver forgot to take it and it will arrive shortly. They’re 5 mins away and it never came. Then they didnt answer the phone.
