New staff has no idea what they are doing. Orders take forever with three people standing around playing on phone or chatting. Then they dumped the food out of the tray into the oven and have to remake it so all the other food gets cold while waiting. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience . No customer service skills. Edit: After all of the above, they tried to hand me icing for chicken and pizza, insisted that was correct when I advised them it was not, and then finally gave me the sauce I ordered. The tots are both burnt and undercooked.
The staff is very friendly and very attentive, without a doubt a good place whether to take home or eat there
Manager was so nice. I was one dollar shy and he accommodated me so I can still get the deal. It made my day!
