If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed a $75 order and were missing the garlic bread dipping sauce and icing for the cinnamon sticks. When my husband called to inquire about the missing items, the first person he spoke to offered a refund or a free pizza for next time. However, we really just wanted the icing and dipping sauce we had ordered. The delivery driver insisted he had given the items to my husband, despite my husband's denial. After providing our address, the driver began to reconsider. My husband requested to speak to a manager, and Seth eventually came on the line. I ordered my pizza from the Dominos app and after waiting for about 30 minutes, my order was still being quality checked. I called the store to inquire about the delay and was told by the person on the phone that only 26 minutes had passed. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy in their response and would have appreciated a simple apology and update on when my order would be ready instead.
in the opposite living, there is an endless number of great pizza places around. the location of this domino has been fled for many years because they know how to do it right. delicious pizza, fast, friendly service and safe, contactless delivery in practice. I wish I could post a photo, because my pizza looks fantastic!
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times during my visit. The pizza and wings were consistently fresh and delicious. The delivery was prompt and they didn't forget any sauces or sides. The food was always delivered within a reasonable time frame.
