The customer service at this restaurant was poor. I understand that the pandemic has caused a shortage of staff, but that does not justify being rude to customers. The service was very slow, and my wife waited for 30 minutes only to be told that her pizza would take another 45 minutes. Despite there not being many orders, the service was still very disappointing. Overall, our experience was marked by bad service.
Today I ordered two pizzas from this restaurant. One of them was supposed to be made without cheese and with low sauce, but they ended up putting extra sauce on it. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to acknowledge it and reluctantly gave me a replacement. Additionally, the toppings on the pizzas were not fresh and there was very little of them.
This Domino's location is the best I've ever been to. I even asked them to draw their best dinosaur in the special instructions and they delivered above and beyond my expectations.
The food tastes similar to Domino's. The orders are prepared quickly and always accurate. Overall, there are no issues at all.
