worse experience with any restaurant I've ever had. we waited approx. 45 minutes on our delivery and did not see a status update. we said it was 20 minutes. it is delivered 2 1/2 hours pizza tracker status and we have nothing. the reception in the hotel confirmed that no one passed by domino. I will deny the fees and depending on other pizza chains in the future. take their business somewhere more reliable, especially for delivery.
The 5-cheese dipping sauce is absolutely delicious, isn't it? Unfortunately, the portion I received was the smallest I've ever encountered—what a disappointment. I had to go to the office to pick up my order because I was told it was their social policy. As someone who has made over 4,000 deliveries, I find that hard to believe; it seems more like a decision made by the driver. What do you think?

I'm in the rear of the complex. I was told it's company policy. As a delivery driver of over 4000 deliveries, I can't see that as probable. It was more likely driver decision. Those darn stairs. If I could leave 0 star I would. I ordered my pizza online. Spending 15 minutes on their website to order. Right as I was pulling up to the store the manager called me and cancelled because they decided to close the store early. He lied to me and said that he was short staffed. Placed an order and it was in the oven and ready in under 5 minutes! Then it sat on the checking for quality (aka waiting for delivery for the next hour and a half. Upon calling to ask about it, I was told I would receive a refund within a week, then I was hung up on. No food came. Would not recommend this location.
If you are really hungry do not order from this store. We waited an hour and 45 minutes only to have the driver pull up in front of our house and then leave. The app showed he delivered the pizza but he did not. We had to call and the driver said he was going back out. It's been almost two hours and still no pizza.
pizza 2 so delivery fee tipp equals $40. a mile away in the hotel, to deliver over an hour, pizza was hardly warm, and whoever cut it needs a refreshing cure! we ate it because we were hungry, but not something that domino should be proud of! I have to do it better than domino.

Believe the reviews. My pizza and salad delivery to hotel was just short of 2 hours. Cold pizza. No fork napkins included for salad. Would never order from here again.
