Domino's Pizza - Tisch resevieren

So normally I do not have a problem with this place, but to be fair it’s been a hot minute since I have ordered from here, until last night that is. I placed an order a whole hour before my break which is at 7:30 pm at night I placed the order on the app about 6:20 pm. My order didn’t arrive until almost 9pm!!! Mind you on the tracker it said they took my food out of the oven at 7:09pm?!?! I called the store two times and was put on hold both of them times. The driver came in and had an attitude and didn’t even apologize that my order was HELLA late or anything, on top of that it didn’t even have a fork in the box with the meal and the food was just about cold ! They advertise a "free pizza" guarantee if they don't deliver your food within two minutes, but the timer was running inside, and they turned it off. I called the restaurant twice and was put on hold both times. When the driver finally arrived, they had a bad attitude and didn’t even apologize for the significant delay. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a fork included with my meal, and the food was nearly cold! Luckily, my workplace has utensils and a microwave. I understand that many places are short-staffed right now—I work in a similar environment—but they could have at least informed me about the delay or answered my calls. So this is the third time in two months my food has been wrong! I am tired of paying for something I don?t get! So I will not be back to this dominos and the girl at the front has no customer service skills, she is very rude and has an idc attitude! I willalso be doing their survey! I only gave them 1 because it won?t let me give them 0!!!
