Food took an hour and a half to arrive. When I phoned them an hour in they said it was on quality check which i had seen on the app but it had been on quality check longer than it took prepping and baking they said not to worry it hasnt been sitting out getting cold but it also had to go in the oven? They also did say they only had 1 delivery driver. However when the food arrived late it was cold. Was obviously sitting out the whole time. Poor customer service.
Food is nice when they make it right, but they regularly mess up the order. I’m vegan so I always order vegan pizza but they have given me real cheese and real pepperoni on a number of occasions they always rectify it but it’s a hassle having to travel back or wait while they re do the pizza but that means the families food sits going cold while I wait.
