Domino's Pizza - Tisch reservieren

I ordered a pizza at 8:00pm this evening, and received email confirmation of my order at 8:01pm. At 8:16, the delivery tracker said it had been double checked for perfection by Max. At 8:43pm, I called the store to ask why it hadn 't left yet as it 's been done for nearly 30 minutes. I was told well the driver is here now and I see it 's only been 20. The customer service, accountability and math skills were seriously lacking tonight.At 8:52pm the pizza arrived, it 's room temperature at best, and I live less than 4km from the store. The order confirmation said 21-31 minutes for delivery, I had the pleasure of adding those two numbers together, and was gaslighted about the time when I called...

I have been going to this Dominoes since l moved here over 20 years ago. Over the years the owner was so kind and treated us like royalty. Their pizzas are always delicious and the staff are very friendly. The owner sold but we continue to be loyal to this great local business.

Ordered tonight... never received a delivery. I was told the driver called .. thats not true ... very upset and starving.... will never order again from here .

Our pizzas were really undercooked, the bottoms had no colour and the dough was underbaked. It was awful and a waste of money.
