I've ordered pizza from Domino's four times, and each time they say it will be ready in 20 minutes. Since I’m 30 minutes away when I place the order, I think the timing is perfect. But when I arrive to pick it up, I end up waiting another 30 minutes in the lobby. The Rosamond Domino’s really needs to improve their service. They keep disappointing, just like the Raiders always choking.
Ok the last 5 times I ordered from Dominos. Either my order was wrong, undercooked or very late. Tracker is completely wrong! It says delivered but ten minutes later. You call me to change my order? Thirty minutes after it says delivered I finally receivedmy order. That was just this order ???? And I got really screwed on my last inaccurate order.
The store is always spotless whenever I visit, the staff are consistently friendly, and my deliveries always arrive on time. Most importantly, the food is absolutely incredible. 10/10. Even Ramsey would be tempted to lick the sauce off the floor!
