I've had consistently poor experiences at this restaurant until tonight. They made another mistake with my order (probably the fourth or fifth time at this point), but instead of the usual management, Alex was assigned to assist me. She addressed my complaint with kindness and genuine concern. Alex listened to my frustration about past experiences and made me feel acknowledged and valued as a customer—something I hadn’t received from management during previous issues. Employees like her deserve recognition for their exceptional service, and Alex truly delivered. Thank you for handling my order with such professionalism.
DOMINOES makes my special pizza-garlic parmesan sauce, spinach, feta cheese, shredded parmesan asiago and pepperoni-to perfection everytime!
