I would rate this restaurant less than one star if I could. For the past few months, we've encountered numerous order mix-ups and service issues at this location, which used to be our go-to spot. During our most recent visit, we placed an order just 15 minutes before closing time. As vegetarians, we ordered a veggie pizza, but it arrived topped with sausage. When we pointed this out, the staff informed us that they couldn’t redo the order because they were closing. To make matters worse, a staff member made an unnecessary racist comment, which forced us to call the authorities. My suggestion is that they should avoid accepting last-minute orders. They are undoubtedly one of the most efficient and prompt pizza delivery services in the area. Other businesses struggle to keep up with the constant influx of orders, but this one manages it flawlessly. The kitchen staff is organized and well-prepared, handling a high demand primarily for delivery. Despite the pressures the drivers face, they maintain excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile while ensuring their pizza deliveries are as quick and efficient as possible. And let’s not forget, gas prices aren’t cheap, either. My favorites include the meat lovers pizza, chicken, and desserts!
We've been ordering from this restaurant for a while because it's close to home and affordable, but the quality of the food is consistently disappointing. Sometimes I wonder if they actually dislike me! The pizzas are often burnt, and the garlic bites are so dry that they're barely edible. I've tolerated this without saying anything, but it feels like I experience the same issues every time I order. Today, I specifically requested extra sauce on my hash browns, but this is not what I meant! We could hardly eat it because it was so overloaded. It's just a huge disappointment each and every time.
Ordered this BBQ pizza and there was absolutely no BBQ sauce on it, called dominos and person who answered the call was rude keep on arguing that she did put extra sauce which wasn’t. Customer service ridiculously bad at this location,I feel most rude people are hired here who doesn’t want to work properly and just argue with customers. Just had the MANAGER yell and scream at me ,swearing at me that I didn 't order correctly, I said I understood if a mistake was made I know the were busy and he just berated me over the phone .. Horrible customer service..I have been in customer service for 45 years and never ,ever would talk to any customer the way he did..
Some delivery driver came to my apartment building to deliver to a neighbor. Driver left and threw plates,pizza boxes,and food all over Phillips St. Great job
Absolutely don’t eat the food here!! Wish I could give it zero stars. My seven year daughter and I got violently sick after eating a couple slices each
