There is always something wrong when you order here. Food getting forgotten from delivery orders, food coming wrong or cold. Tonight however takes the prize. I ordered pizza knowing there was an hour wait, I can be patient. Without notifying me they cancelled my order. When I called to see what was going on, I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. I was told that they called every person who's order was cancelled. A blatant lie as I still have not received a call. The excuse was they must have dialed my number wrong, but they called everyone and it's on us for whether or not we answered. I’ve been outside waiting for my car side delivery for 25 min. Nobody will answer the phone and I can’t see anyone inside the store. Another customer who was also waiting banged on the door and no one would answer so she went around and bang on the back door and the guy said he voided her order. And then I can see him walking around the store but he won’t answer the phone
Over the past few months this location was gone to complete and utter trash. Ordered for delivery and 2 hours AFTER my order was placed it had still not been delivered and I had to go pick it up myself. Pizza was cold by the time I received it and I have yet to have them issue a refund or remake my order
WHY WON'T YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE?! This is not the 1st time. In the last yr I've only gotten an answer once. I have been calling for over 2 hrs, a total of 13 times and my call was ignored. You can't food delivery business!! How are you still in business? No phone calls, no sales, no money!!

they place their money. the order was cancelled without notice after I had not waited 2 1/2 hours, then I called them, they were canceled, will not refund for days. do they not call her back? I think dominos is a cover-up for what we really do in this place. they are thieves. I'm here!
STILL on HOLD after 44 minutes!! They took my online order charged my VISA and never delivered Pizza!!! Think they may be closed because I've been on hold trying to find out where they are!!! HORRIBLE!!!! Calling Visa to dispute charge!!! Wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!
For the past month they never answered the phone at all if your not gonna answer the phone turn on the were closed message. Haven't been able to get a delivery in almost a month. Half the time when they do answer they are rude.
this dominos is the worst and does not care about customer service. we had commanded. do not enter order and if they try to answer no one. don't order them from here.

I didn't quit my order at all. no one answers the phone in the restaurant. now it's late and I still have to feed my child! I'm done with dominos
the delivery was not available, but the order was perfect and really hot when I picked it up.
