I placed an order for two pizzas online and paid upfront, but about 15 minutes later, I received a call saying they couldn't complete my order because they stop accepting orders after 6:00 PM. To make things worse, I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a refund. Had I known about their cutoff time, I wouldn’t have ordered. The person who called sounded indifferent, as if it wasn’t her concern since it wasn't her money. I advise being careful when ordering from this restaurant.
About two years ago, the experience wasn't very good, but every order I've placed in the last eight months has been fantastic! This is the only restaurant in the entire Lumberton/Pembroke area that delivers to my home. My orders have always been exactly how I like them. I order online for delivery, and the drivers are always prompt and friendly. My food has consistently arrived correct, fresh, and hot!
Domino's Pizza consistently serves disappointing food. Whether it’s the sauce and cheese slathered on just one section of the pizza while the rest is mostly plain bread, or the center being so soggy that you can’t even lift a slice without it sticking to the box, the quality is lacking. I have never had a good pizza from Domino's at this location, despite their menu offering various options.
