Horrible experience. $40 window pickup order. Waited at window for 5 mins, after app said my order was ready. No one came even after I blew horn. Saw my order on the shelf. Finally had to call store to get someone to window. Then, once he did, he was rudeaf...(big guy, ponytail). No apology and slammed window in my face mid sentence. Asked delivery driver outside for franchiseowner's name. He'd only say Aesop. Declined to give last name. Then I get home and pan pizza is underdone...dough was stillpartially raw, and brownies were burned. Never again.
We have ordered from Travelers' rest location several times and it has always been delivered quickly and pizza was hot. All delivery drivers were very friendly and accommodating.
We like their pizza very much, but tablets for playing distract kids a lot, so this place is no-go for us now.
Great place to eat with your family. The food is very tasty and it is also not so expensive
