This restaurant has its highs and lows. While the delivery can be quick at times, it can also be slow, which is somewhat typical for a pizza place. I had a frustrating experience one evening when I opted to pick up my pizza, hoping to get it quicker. I monitored the tracker and saw that our pizza was marked as ready, so we drove the ten minutes to the restaurant. However, once we arrived, we were informed that the pizza would actually take a few more minutes to finish. After waiting an additional 20-25 minutes, we finally got our order. Food is good but this particular one has horrible service. The manager was unprofessional when they forgot something by making a ton of excuses. It was the second time and when I called he argued first. It was the 2nd time they had forgotten. They also accidentally put my order in as done so I went to get it. It wasn't done and had not even been started. I stood there for 20 minutes. One of the guys made a comment about I can just wait like everyone else. I wouldn't have come up there had they not put it was done on the tracker. No apology from anyone. I always leave feeling annoyed because they are just rude.
I've never had a major problem with my pizza orders. Sometimes, when they're really busy, it might take a little longer, but that's understandable. The staff is always polite, whether I'm in the store or receiving a delivery, and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings when making your pizza.
The online ordering process was exceptionally easy and quick. The discount offers from last week and this week really helped me make my selections, and I've been quite pleased with my choices. I opted to pay in cash, and it was hassle-free to go inside, pick up my pizza, and head home.

I ordered three large pizzas and picked them up myself. There's a staff member named Bobby who works there, and he's such a great guy! Make sure to take care of him because good help is hard to come by. He truly is a diamond in the rough! Thank you for your kindness!
I can't say I've encountered many problems here, unlike some others. There was one occasion when I was informed that my pizza was ready, but they hadn't actually started preparing it. Overall, however, my experience with their delivery service has been quite good.
I ordered a large extravaganza pizza along with a few other items. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked, didn't match what I ordered, and I even found a hair in it. I ended up having to throw the whole pizza away.
While things may not always go as expected, they consistently do their best to resolve any issues! This doesn’t happen frequently, and overall, I found their customer service to be outstanding.

I love using their app to place orders; it's fast and the pizza always arrives fresh and hot. The wings are somewhat disappointing in size, but they still taste fantastic.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The pizza is incredible, and the staff has a wonderfully positive attitude. I always leave with a smile!
