The experience was disorganized. While the app and in-store displays seemed ready, the checkout staff appeared confused about the process. To make matters worse, the name fell off the display board, and my pizza still had not arrived. Overall, there is a clear need for improvement in customer service. I wouldn't recommend ordering online for pickup unless you're okay with waiting around for your pizza to get cold.
This is absolutely the BEST Domino's we have had delivered to our home. It is also consistent, HOT and the employees are exceptional! Thanks for delivering to us!
