There are many bad reviews here, but I have ordered from this place, through the app mainly, for over a year now. My orders are correct and tasty the majority of time. There were a few chaos-ups, but underoccupied and human, I understand mistakes can happen. It is always delivered within a reasonable amount of time, followed by instructions. I live in a complicated place and they have always found my door and the drivers are always nice to me and my children.
Too bad, there is no option for zero stars. I am at work and have placed an order for delivery. Wait over an hour. When I called the guy I spoke with, was very rude when I asked for a refund and gave zero confirmation for my refund and just said okay! I'll tell my driver to turn around and hang him in my face!
