I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. On July 21, 2022, around 10 PM, we ordered a vegetarian pizza and discovered a sharp object that looked like a broken chicken bone in it. My husband injured his mouth when he took a bite. When I called to report this, Dilip, the person who answered, told me to bring the sharp object back before midnight to file a complaint. When I returned to the restaurant, Dilip mocked me and sarcastically suggested that I could just remove it from my mouth or spit it out. It was extremely rude and insensitive of him to say that. What if a child had eaten it? No one expects to find a sharp object in their pizza. He completely disrega...
I had the worst customer service experience ever. The person making the pizza was not wearing gloves; I actually saw him lick his hand and touch his nose while preparing my order without washing his hands. When I brought this to his attention, he responded angrily, saying I should work for the health department and started swearing at me. He made it clear that he didn't care about my concerns and that if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. He then began making changes to my order in the system while telling me to "wait and watch." It's unacceptable that they think this behavior is acceptable. They really need to reconsider their attitude towards customers.
This is by far the worst Domino's location I've dealt with. If this franchise reflects the brand as a whole, corporate needs to rethink their partnership. I regularly wait over 90 minutes for delivery, and they still charge a delivery fee. Tonight was the last straw—I’m switching to Papa John’s for my late-night pizza. I've been waiting an hour and a half for my order, and the store is less than a mile away. If negative stars were an option, I’d give them that, but I can only give one.
I’ve had bad experiences with Domino’s Pizza before, so it’s not usually my first choice. However, my child wanted Domino’s, and tonight I had the best delivery person. He was incredibly polite and friendly, truly the highlight of the experience. The pizza is what you’d expect from Domino’s—not gourmet, but the menu offers enough to make my child happy. Overall, between making my child happy and receiving excellent customer service, it was a positive experience.

As a first-time customer, I ordered pizza for a party, and it was quite good. We also got garlic bread, which was surprisingly soft and flavorful. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I placed my order online and picked it up; everything was hot and ready when I arrived. We tried the cheese pizza along with a pineapple, olive, and jalapeño pizza, and both were enjoyable. The parking was convenient as well. Overall, it was a great experience!
First timer : ordered pizza for a bday party and it was good. We ordered garlic breads and surprisingly it was soft and tasted awesome . Nice and quick customer service . Ordered it online and picked it up. Everything was ready and hot when we went topick up. Tried cheese pizza and pineapple ????/olive/ jalapeño pizza. It was good. Parking is good . The Domino's team at Kendall Park was incredibly gracious and friendly to our family from Sapling School! They generously provided pizza for the children and staff to celebrate their child's birthday. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and delicious! The children absolutely loved it! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
I've had great experiences at this location. The service is fast, the food is served hot, and nothing goes unnoticed. I've probably been here about a dozen times in the past year. Although I'm not usually a fan of Domino's, this specific location really shines.

Domino's Pizza has improved significantly over the past few years. Every order I place from their menu arrives perfectly cooked. I give them 5 stars because that’s exactly what you want from Domino's.
