This location is clearly understaffed, and it seems the company may be paying their employees under $15 an hour, only for them to face harsh treatment from customers. Food service workers deserve to be treated with respect. However, I must say that my pizza was possibly the best Domino's I've had in a long time. The staff was incredibly kind to me, even though they were working with a minimal crew. They did an amazing job tonight. If any corporate executives happen to read this, I urge you to pay your employees more and provide adequate staffing. And if you can't offer more staff, consider reducing the store's hours so that the crew can get some rest. There's really no need for Domino's to b...
This store is severely short staffed and the company is probably paying them less than $15/hr to be berated by customers. Food service employees deserve respect. My pizza was I think the best dominos I've had in a very long time, the employees were so kind to me even though it was a skeleton crew. They did and amazing job tonight and if any corporate low life sees this, please pay your employees more, and give them proper staffing. And if you can't give them staffing, cut the store's hours so the crew can rest. No need for dominos to be open until 2am.
Had a great visit here. Little dominos might be small but they were efficient. Was on way home decide pizza pulled in. Love the observation area for kids missed that about dominos loved to see that with a sitting area and tv broadcasting the pizza tracker.Was greeted in a friendly manner and the staff couldnt been more great. Got food properly and cooked perfect. Was even givennapkins plates and spoons. Thank you I suggest this dominos to anyone in the area.
I am a loyal customer to the Rockland Dominos, and always love it every-time I order, but tonight….. no idea what happened, literally a week ago I had the best pizza ever and today it was cold, there was a hole in my pizza which scared me, and instead of the garlic seasoned, hand tossed crust it was thin and flat. We're not sure if we were just extra hungry, but tonight our favorite Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was absolutely amazing! We always enjoy this combination, but everything just came together perfectly this time. The bread bites we ordered on the side were a hit as well. A big shoutout to the staff at Domino's in Rockland, ME, for delivering such a fantastic pizza. Even our dog loved his share! Great job, everyone!
Every time we give them another chance, we end up disappointed. The pizza toppings seem to be sparse. When you order a pizza with three or four ingredients, you expect to see them distributed evenly. If you can't even spot the sausage on a pizza that's supposed to have mushrooms, onions, and sausage, something is definitely amiss.
Thin crust is definitely the way to go. The pizza is consistently flavorful and not greasy at all! For fast food pizza, I think they’re doing a great job. The only issue is that they sometimes have trouble finding my house. Here’s a hint: it’s the only one with the front porch light on!
I had a disappointing experience when I called Dominos. The person on the phone, Andrew, seemed completely uninterested in helping me.
