My friend and I visited the new Domino's in Hempstead, TX last night and decided to try the Meatzza. After a long and tiring day, we weren't in the best spirits and didn't feel like cooking. We watched our pizza being made, and my friend was a bit concerned about how carelessly the staff member was handling the ingredients, especially when he piled on the extra cheese. While our pizza was in the oven, we mentioned our concern to the host, who reassured us that the employee knew what he was doing, as he had been in the business for several years. When the pizza finally arrived, it turned out to be the best pizza I've ever tasted! It was perfectly assembled, and the extra cheese was beautifull...
This was the worst Domino's experience I've ever had, and I've lived in various places across the country. The pasta was burnt, and my pizza order was incorrect. I had to repeat my order multiple times because of a language barrier with the employees. If you have staff who struggle with English, it would be helpful to assign someone to support them. It's not fair to leave them surrounded by indifferent coworkers who won’t assist. This situation is detrimental to your business. Additionally, the prices are outrageous for such poor food and service.
ZERO STARS!!!!! I placed an online order before 6 PM, and by 8 PM, I had to call the restaurant. They apologized and said the driver was nearby. After waiting a total of four hours, I called again at 10 PM to express my dissatisfaction with the service. The rude employee informed me that the manager, William, was too busy to speak with me and that I should expect my refund in 4-5 business days. I wasted over four hours and didn't even receive a portion of my order, which included a free pizza I had earned! ZERO STARS!!
My friends and I decided to order pizza at 10 PM, and the app notified us that it was on the way at 10:30. Since the restaurant closed at midnight, we expected it to arrive on time, but it didn't show up until 12:30. To make matters worse, we ordered a Sprite, but the driver claimed it wasn't in her car and didn't seem to care at all. How unprofessional! As if that wasn't enough, when we opened the pizza box, we found the pizza was burnt, cold, and as hard as a rock. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

*Pizza:* The pizzas we've had have been amazing. I definitely recommend the Philly steak pizza; it's out of this world, especially when you add some pepperoni!
*Wings:* I can't get enough of their Pineapple Jalapeno wings. They pack some heat, so be ready for that, and make sure to grab a ranch cup for dipping!

Their "Choose 2 or More for $5.99" deal is a fantastic bargain, especially since you can opt for a two-topping medium pizza as one of the choices.
As a busy college student juggling multiple school activities, I often crave a late-night pizza after a long day of practice. Unfortunately, when I called the only restaurant that delivers in my area at 11 p.m. (since I don’t have a car), I was disappointed to find out they were about to close and couldn’t take my order. Once again, I went to bed hungry, settling for a box of Hamburger Helper that consisted only of noodles and sauce.
I strongly advise against visiting at night. The staff during those hours can be quite rude, and the pizza is consistently overcooked. I recommend going during the daytime instead. The employees are friendly and take their time to prepare everything well. The pizza is always delicious! Dining in is a great experience as well—it's always clean and pleasant.
I ordered delivery, and it arrived piping hot. The staff also informed me beforehand that there would be a wait before I placed my order. I highly recommend this place—10/10!
