If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Domino's. The staff was incredibly rude and canceled our order without any notice. When we asked about it, the server bluntly responded, "Oh, I'm going to say no," falsely claiming it was a double order. There were no double orders whatsoever! The server came to the door to explain this without even bothering to ask for our name to verify the order. It was clear that this was a total disaster. Save your time and money and steer clear of this place!
After I threatened to escalate the matter to higher management, the call ended. He later returned my call to let me know they were out of my drink, but I still wanted my pizza! I was really let down by the customer service, especially since I chose Domino's for its reputation for being quick and convenient. Honestly, I could have prepared a gourmet meal in less time and with less trouble. Although the delivery driver was friendly, I was left feeling very dissatisfied with the service I received overall.
Initially, I was hesitant about ordering from a chain pizza place, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! On my first visit, the restaurant was quite understaffed, yet they still managed to serve delicious pizzas and maintain a friendly attitude towards all customers, effectively meeting the needs of hungry patrons. Tonight, I’m not sure about their staffing situation, but the professionalism and courtesy remain consistent!
I had ordered pepperoni pan and veggie hand tossed. The orders were switched around which i can deal with. But then i guess i took too long to pick my order up because they ate slices out of my pepperoni pizza without even calling me to ask if i wascoming to get my order. I had to wait for another to be made and my veggie pizza dough is completely raw. The service at thislocation is absolutely awful ontop of it. Zero stars if it was possible. This dominos provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The store was open until 10 pm but doors were locked at 9 pm. Staff member was very rude and told us our order was cancelled because we ordered twice. He did not ask the name or the order and was one of the most rudest staff member I have ever encountered. I will never go to this location ever again and they should definetely reconsider the staff they employ.
I had to find a place for dinner at the last minute with my kids. The woman working there was incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of right away. Our meals came out quickly, and she even played children's songs while we waited!
it?s DOMINO?s people need to chill. You?re not paying for fantastic service or delivery lmao I keep my expectations low, order least amount of toppings, pickup only, TIP- and it always slaps.
