This is the very last time I order from this location. Corporate need to come in and find out what they are doing to provide such poor service. For a location only minutes away I should not be waiting 3 hours for a pizza. I know on Fridays it can be alittle busy, hence the reason I ordered early. But here it is almost 9pm. The tracker obviously doesn?t work as ?Terry? havebeen quality checking my pizza since 6:16pm. I would rather just boil some hot dogs than to order from this store again!
Put a cape on them and call them SUPER Scammers!!! Delivered me a cold pizza 3 hours later, and then forgot my drink, told me they were going to bring it back and never did, then did not refund me- after I asked. They lied and said ?a credit would beapplied to my phone number? but they didn?t even ask me for it or my name before hanging up on me.

I am a Vegetarian. Once before there was bacon in my pizza. So, I called and asked for fresh cheese, After my 1st slice I noticed a thumb size piece of bacon on my pizza. I am upset. I punish my self every time! This is the last time though. I ordered my pizza at 9:00pm and it arrived at 11:15pm. I was missing half of my order, pizza was cold like it was from yesterday and no dipping sauces nor icing. Driver had no customer service. Theworst service ever.
This is the only Domino's my family orders from because they never disappoint! The pizza is always fresh and cheesy. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the quality and satisfaction of their customers. We absolutely love this location in Seat Pleasant, MD!
The staff was polite, the restaurant was clean, and the pizza was hot and ready when I arrived for pickup. However, they need more employees to handle phone calls, as I had to hang up and call back multiple times.
