It's Friday night, and I decided to order pizza online. After about 30 minutes, I called to check on my order. They informed me they were busy and that it would take another 20 to 30 minutes. I had ordered a thin-crust tortilla-style pizza, which only comes in a 14-inch size, but I specifically requested a 16-inch. Instead, they made it with a Manhattan crust, which was not what I wanted! It’s called a Manhattan crust only if it's over 14 inches. There was a note indicating the 14-inch limit, but I had no way of knowing that the crust wouldn’t be available in a larger size.
I've been going to Claremont Domino's since 2017, and I've never been disappointed. I usually choose the carryout option, and the staff at the counter and in the back are always friendly, so I hardly ever have to wait long. My pizza orders have always been accurate, and I really appreciate how the app keeps me updated on when my order is in the oven and ready for pickup. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service here. Just a tip: the "black box" Pan Pizza is a game changer! It's definitely worth the extra cost.
The restaurant makes a lot of assumptions and seems to deliberately mismanage potential employees. They often resort to dishonesty, and their HR team tends to call at inconvenient times, lacking professionalism when arranging interviews. It's quite disappointing.
I always have a great experience at this location! I typically use the Domino's app to order my pizza for pickup. The pizzas are always prepared quickly and taste fantastic! I'll be returning soon!
The pizza can be really great at times, but there are instances when the dough feels flatter than usual. Occasionally, the sauce is somewhat scant as well. Overall, I do enjoy ordering from there.
I'm very disappointed of this location. Several times now I've asked for my pizza to be well done and it doesn't seem to register with some of the employees.
