This review has a couple of parts. The staff. When I got there, an employee was outside on the phone talking about his legal issues. I went inside. Nobody realized that i had walked in to pick up my food for about 5-10 minutes. I heard them asking each other where the other employee was, cause they were busy and behind. In the almost 30 minutes that I was there, the employee outside never came back inside the store. While I was waiting, a woman came inside carrying a pizza that they messed up. I had a great experience at this restaurant. The location is very convenient for my family, and the outside was clean with noticeable advertisements. Inside, the place was well lit and very clean. Amaya greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service skills. She was knowledgeable about the menu and deals, and she prepared my order in front of me, fresh and to my liking. I placed an order and the tracker said my food was out for delivery at 7:47 pm yet I didn?t get my food until 8:39pm and they are 6 minutes from my job.. my food was cold my pizza smashed and the box was so wet the back was busting open! I called to report the problem and the manager not only was nonchalant but had the nerve to say every time you order you complain! I?m sorry , I was lost because I actually never order from here . I haven?t ordered from any domino?s Pizza in over 6 yrs .I love Pizza Hut but they closed down their philly stores. I will never ever order from here again !
Currently waiting outside 15 minutes after the tracker said my food was ready, about 50 minutes since I placed the order. They are really deorganized and keep telling me to wait 5 minutes or it's almost done. Not sure what happened to this place, but they are extremely inefficient here. Eating usually decent. Workers are not proud of their work. Your number. A pizza ordered yesterday said 25 minutes. I finally called her after 50 minutes was in the stop for 10 minutes while they tried to find out where my order was, it turns out that the driver returned to another car. I never knew if I hadn't called because they didn't call me. Were not offered any kind of anything to wait for the super long, not even offered an excuse for waiting Sir it will soon be there
The food at this restaurant was fresh, hot, and cooked quickly. The employees were extremely friendly and kind, some of the best service I've had in a long time! I didn't even have to ask for a coupon, but the employee applied one for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and even double-checked to make sure I was charged correctly for all items. When the employee confirmed that they had applied a coupon, I wished this place was in my neighborhood.
I love Dominos. This place always misses my orders. Yesterday I ordered 16 cakes. I only got half. I called and the lady said she'd send the driver back. Today I ordered everything well, except the coke bottle. It was open. I've always been a good customer, but I had it with this lotion. I always have problems with my orders every time I order from this place
My son ordered a pizza from this place and it took 3 hours for delivery. They go to the wrong address after they were so late and when the delivery was made, the driver goes away with the change. I will never order pizza from this place again the service is very fucking and unprofessional. No reason people are treated like that.

My order was supposed to take 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. The reason that this is 3 stars is that the employees were nice, and I actually did get my food.
Nice clean store you can watch your food being prepared. Friendly helpful staff
