I recently visited a restaurant in Alexander Heights and had a disappointing experience. I usually order the same dish from a different location, but when my order arrived, I was surprised by the portion size—it was much smaller than what I expected.
When I mentioned this to the staff, they acknowledged the mistake, understanding the significant difference in portion sizes. The worker was accommodating and tried to resolve the issue, which I appreciated.
However, the manager was less helpful. She seemed defensive and insisted that there was no error, even though it was clear that something was wrong. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope they can improve in the future...

I have order pizza from here many many times but this time I got a funny pizza for the first time. This pizza just look like someone putting it back together. It look like it’s not come out straight from oven. Even the taste is different. Maybe this pizza was made yesterday I don’t know. It’s just not look like it’s new , not hot enough.
the pizzas here are pretty decent. the price-performance ratio depends on what they get. the employees seem happy and friendly (although they can often say when someone is new) there is a great selection of chicken products. the hot brownies are yum.

pasta bolognaise $8.95 menu item in general the pizzas are ok, but decided to order pasta this time. the pasta was dry and hard, there was very little bolognaise sauce and it tasted very bland. I'll stick with pizzas in the future.

Real concerns about how food was being prepared. Hygiene was all time poor. Customer service was not much better either. Never been disappointed but recently it's just gone down hill.
The app doesn't allow me to place an order from any other nearby Domino's location, and it blocks every single promo code. Don't bother ordering from here; it's not worth it.

Super greasy, especially the sides. Sometimes that's not a bad thing and just what you need. Extra star coz the delivery is quick and the kid is super polite.
Usually really good service. Messed my order up 3 times tonight ordered online. Staff need better communication. Food still decent just needed reheating.
