Despite not having the habit of giving bad reviews, this one is truly worth it. They messed up the order after 3 times being on the phone with them (for the same order). Had to walk all the way there to clarify the situation, got a cancelation ticket and we were told we will get reimbursed. One week later they call to say they will not reimburse anything... In the end, we didn't get what we paid for and also had to put up with their incompetency and lies. Service below sea level. If there was a 0-star option, that would be my choice of rating!
I placed an order and they waited 45 mins until it was too late to deliver and cancelled my order. I called and spoke to the manager who said they didn't know what i wanted, even though i have a receipt showing exactly what i ordered... the app said it was being delivered, but they just didn't feel like doing their jobs for the rest of the night apparently.. horrible service
Domino pizza antony on the N20. We systematically deliver in less than 20 minutes by bike while the pizza hut sometimes took 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes by scooter. Besides, the cyclist delivery people are all super friendly and take the time to call to let them know that they have arrived. Thanks to them.
I still read the opinions on this pizzeria and I say that people are not ashamed. You pay a 11-euro pizza and you want a kilo of ham like topping? If you don’t like fat you can make a soup at home. Very nice delivery man. Delivery by electric bike. Pizza with few garnishes and very basic. No difference between classic dough and fine dough. Offers with added extras that make the whole thing not so cheap.
We have been waiting for a month to repay an order that we have cancelled after waiting for more than an hour that we were given while we chose a precise delivery time. Should we file a complaint??
