My husband and I use the app quite often. I recently placed a large order totaling £90 since our oven is broken. This order was made on Sunday, August 20th, and we planned to enjoy the food over four days. When the delivery driver arrived, my husband greeted him, but the driver didn’t respond and instead made a fuss in the street about our £90 order, expressing his surprise and questioning who would spend that much on Domino's. This behavior felt quite rude. Because of this incident, we’ve decided to take a break from this restaurant for a while. On a positive note, the food was good, and I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

When you pay nearly £20 for a pizza that has the same ingredients as an £8 pizza, perfection is what you expect every time. We ordered two on a Sunday after a long night, and both arrived undercooked, looking bland and floppy, and simply tasted awful. We had to toss them in the air fryer for a second chance. I won't be ordering again; the prices are too high for such disappointing quality. Food rating: 1.

We ordered 20 pizza's for a party and all arrived on time and every one of them was hot. Delivery woman was awesome and had everything under control. Great service and lush food. Ordered a 12 inch pepperoni pizza but was given a 12 inch poopeeroni pizza insted. I did take the order back but it was half eaten by this point so the manager refused to refund me and instead spat on me and called me a scruffy little melt .
