Runaway Bay Pizza Hut is fantastic! It's convenient to park, and the food is always served hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, which is definitely a bonus, and the prices are great. I really enjoy the meals here since they're always reasonably priced—no need for vouchers! I especially love the stuffed crust pizzas, and their potato bites are delicious!
I absolutely love this Pizza Hut! I've been a customer at the Runaway Bay location for five years now, and the staff truly make this place special, along with the delicious food. A big shoutout to everyone who works here! Whenever I've had an issue, it's been resolved immediately, and I always leave satisfied.
Andre Needs more training in being polite in customer service and not being rude and over speaking.Since then whilst dealing with a staff member named Brad the service and pizzas have been top-notch hopefully this will continue into the future.thanks guys see you again soon.

absolutely appalling service, ordered eating online and waited 45 minutes it was never delivered and had no communication from everyone and then I said I would get a refund in 5-10 days. disgusting service level if you can even call what they offer as a service
