Domino's Pizza Shellharbour

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered one pizza and a pack of cheese and garlic scrolls on doordash (which is delivered by the restaurant at 6.20pm. Delivery time frame was between 6.45-6.55. I was then notified at 7.20 (35 minutes after the delivery time-frame that the order had been completed even though the pizza had never arrived. I then called the store 4 times before they picked up only to be told that they had never actually received the order. After a half hour (7.50pm chat with doordash (which they couldn 't do anything about because it was 'delivered by restaurant ' , my order finally turned up at the frontdoor (even though the restaurant had never recieved the order‍ And my foo...

I was disappointed today by dominos shellharbour. they were not very appealing and honestly very bland and tasteless. the toppings were thinly spread and the crust was so thin, I thought I would eat paper. the only positive was the meatballs and garlic bread. we have experienced a good customer service from the driver who was great! they have to lift their game very disappointing. we will not be back.

Hello, I ordered my dinner tonight at 10:40ish and I was accepted to receive my food at 11:01-11:11; however I never got my food and I tried to call the load and I had no answer. I always order from here and also later sometimes because I ended the work late. I would like to have a refund for my food, please. service: delivery meal: dinner price per person: $20–40
