the worst dominas I was already there. the first few times my cheese pizza was terrible and I thought to be in the west, they would be eating any pizza with vegan or doing something like it always tasted not right and not like normal dominos. last night we got 2 pizzas, my partner pizza looked like a coworker who was thrilled to fight. my partner had to wipe away a lot from it and even then he didn't taste right. we therefore think that we have found out that these dominos use different sauces and cheeses (i.e. not dominos standard), possibly to save costs or simply by pure laziness. I really think dominos hq should look further because you can even see the photos that they do not really see...
Placed an order (5th order in a week for our staff working late) order never arrived, called the next day to follow up. Was basically told it’s my fault cause they were too busy to fufill the order they cancelled it. They were to busy to call me to let me know and I “should” get a refund in 10 days… I said I would leave a review..then the same guy called me back on a private number and said “f you” and hung up. Literally this is the standard dominos is setting, it’s laughable and probably the most unprofessional thing a manager has ever said to me… due to a mistake they made.
I bought a simple cheese pizza for $5. I ordered online, and decided to pay in store. Big mistake! When I arrived, I asked to pay while I waited. After 20 minutes ! my pizza was ready, and they wanted me to pay as the order said 'pay on pick up '. I spent 5 minutes showing them my payment receipt in GPay, and they finally believed what I was saying after they found the girl that received my payment. I felt like a thief! I would never go back to that store. Pizza was cardboard-like, but for $5 I didn 't care. The lack of customer service was the point of this poor review.
It was a nice Thursday evening and I went to run for my daily Dominos, on arrival I was greeted by a worker called “tin”. His customer service was great and his total energy was quite the pleasure. I'm looking forward to the next time he serves me. THAT MAN has a RAISE!!!
