Dominos west end clearly has a systematic problem, again a very poor experience 1 hour from ordering in store to my pizzas being ready ?! That is just unheard of… people were ordering after me and getting their pizzas before me. I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Domino, and I must say the staff at my local location went beyond and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. From the moment I placed my order on the phone, the employee who supported me was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I picked up my order, the staff at the store (especially Maddie) were as friendly and accommodating. They made sure that my order was correct and even double checked that everything was to my taste before I left. When I first arrived and came to the counter, my friend and I were immediately confronted with the treatment of the owner/manager(? to the young boy who i’m assuming was on his trial shift. After we ordered our food, I ordered a pepsi and the manager yelled at one of the cashiers to “make sure you charge them 50 cents if they ask for any cups” which we definitely found odd. After this we had to stand waiting for 20 mins for 1 large pepperoni pizza…and the place was empty. I had a disappointing experience at this Domino's. The first few times I ordered cheese pizza, it was terrible, and I thought I'd be enjoying a good pizza, as one would expect in the West. Unfortunately, it always tasted off and nothing like the typical Domino's. Last night, we ordered two pizzas, and my partner’s pizza looked as if it had been poorly prepared. He had to remove a lot from it, and even then, it still didn’t taste right. We suspect that this Domino's is using different sauces and cheeses that don't meet the standard Domino's quality, possibly to cut costs or due to laziness. I ordered a simple cheese pizza for $5 online and chose to pay in-store, which turned out to be a mistake. When I arrived, I asked to pay while I waited. After a frustrating 20 minutes, my pizza was finally ready, but they insisted that I pay because the order stated "pay on pick up." I spent about 5 minutes showing them my payment receipt from GPay, and they only believed me after they located the employee who processed my payment. I felt treated like a thief! I definitely won't be returning to that restaurant. The pizza itself was reminiscent of cardboard, but for $5, I didn’t mind too much. However, it was the poor customer service that truly warranted this negative review.
Placed an order (5th order in a week for our staff working late) order never arrived, called the next day to follow up. Was basically told it’s my fault cause they were too busy to fufill the order they cancelled it. They were to busy to call me to let me know and I “should” get a refund in 10 days… I said I would leave a review..then the same guy called me back on a private number and said “f you” and hung up. Literally this is the standard dominos is setting, it’s laughable and probably the most unprofessional thing a manager has ever said to me… due to a mistake they made.
I served by a beautiful young girl named Maisie tonight. While waiting for my order, I experienced how professional it was and polite for all its customers. There were a few small children who gathered their orders and adults, Maisie spoke to everyone in the same way; Thanks customers for their orders, wished them good night and wished to enjoy their pizza. Great service. We've been coming to Dominos for three years and all our employees are always beautiful. Thank you for your hard work. Michael
I spent a pleasant Thursday evening picking up my usual order from Domino's, and when I arrived, I was welcomed by a staff member named Tin. His customer service was exceptional, and his positive energy made the experience enjoyable. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit when he serves me again. THAT MAN deserves a RAISE!

The one star is generous, my friend and i stood waiting 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza, there were around 3 orders on the screen so not exactly busy. The way one of the junior employees was being treated by management and other staff was horrible and rude, their attitude in general was terrible.
We ordered a garlic prawn pizza and this is what we received after 45 minutes waiting. Called the store many times but no one pick up the phone. Very disappointed.
