I ordered pickup for lunch today and added a shaker of the season so I can use it in my own kitchen. They forgot to put it in the bag I didn't notice until I returned to the office. So I called after a while to see if I would pick it up another day or get a refund, but they offered to bring it to me instead! Lo and see an hour or so later a very friendly guy showed up and hand delivered it with the advice to use it on breakfast potatoes. Excellent customer service and, as always, the best burger for lunch! Thank you for going beyond and beyond!
