Absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the prices are unbeatable. I've ordered individual meals, a la carte items, and catering trays for family gatherings, and everyone in my family adores Don Lencho's. Every friend I've recommended it to has raved about the quality of the food and the affordability. Don Lencho's truly stands out as the best!
I've been visiting this restaurant for about 13 years, and their food has never disappointed. Recently, I started looking for Menudo blanco in my area, and I found this place that serves it. My husband and I have been enjoying it at least every other Sunday. It's just as fantastic as my mom's recipe! Delicious food, and easy takeout experience. Was really craving chilaquiles, and discovered this place via Grubhub. This place is pretty close to home, so decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed at all! The food was pretty flavorful, and I ended up cleaning my plate (take out tray in this case). Also, was glad to see the place taking precautions to accommodate the pandemic.
I've visited Mexico multiple times, and I must say that this isn't "authentic Mexican food." It doesn't even measure up to good East LA Mexican cuisine. As for parking, it's located in a strip mall, so it's the usual strip mall parking situation. I had the chance to try their amazing breakfast burrito, and I loved it! They use actual diced potatoes instead of hash browns, which made a big difference. My kids enjoyed it as well, and the salsa had a great flavor too.
I accidentally discovered this restaurant, and it felt just like having dinner at home. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and the food was truly authentic. I will surely be returning!
The food is just mediocre. The best option is the menudo pozole. The atmosphere feels a bit sad and outdated. Additionally, there was a bothersome fly buzzing around the table.
