If you order through their website, you may not be their top priority as they operate as a walk-in style restaurant. They give priority to customers who are physically present, so if it says your food will be ready in 10 minutes, allow for 20 or even 30 minutes if ordering online. In my experience, they forgot to include my chips and dip because I arrived in 10 minutes when it was supposed to be ready, but they had not even started preparing it yet.
I'm so very happy with this order! Everything was correct, even requested changes to items, I got all of my food and drinks (that almost never happens when I order delivery) Thank you so much Don Quixotes for making all that happen. It feels like customer service is dead and to be happy with an order is rare at this point and I always feel that your food and service are top notch!
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The burritos were among the best I have ever tasted. The Grande Burrito, in particular, was so delicious and the veggie version was great. The portion sizes were huge, almost as big as my head. I especially loved their variety of salsas. I will definitely be coming back to eat here many more times in the future!
I have ordered from this restaurant several times, but I am very disappointed with my recent order. There were many issues with the food. The avocado was missing, the chips were extremely salty, one of the soups had a big chunk of skin in it, another soup was just broth, and the burrito had beans even though I specifically requested no beans. This was my first time trying out this restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. The portion sizes were generous. They also have a salsa and chips bar for you to enjoy. There was plenty of seating available as well.
