I called over pizza twice. the first time that it rang through three cycles and someone picked up the phone and immediately hanged. I waited 10 minutes and called back. a kerl answered and said they had no driver. the order comes to türdash when a DoorDash driver took over the task. I said I wanted to cancel the order since she was half an hour. he said that would be good, but then said they had no order corresponding to my phone number. the email they sent doesn't say what the phone number was, so I don't know if I missed it. but when I said the email didn't say which phone number I ordered it under him hanged. it didn't try to find it with my phone number or my name, just hanged without sa...
I ordered a delivery order at 6:00 a.m. and at 7:30 a.m. no one showed up with my order. I called and my order had not been made yet, then I turned it into pickup. my job came back completely different from my job. they wanted to give me a loan of $15 for the delay and not. Apart from my order that never appears, then completely wrong, I didn't even get compensation. her service is so terrible and long ago. how is it that they always have with that when people spend their hard earn money for this! I will make a formal complaint to the better business office. who owns this donatos on winton rd in finneytiown should be rejected for this consistent incompetence.
I placed a scheduled delivery order (around 12 PM) for 5:45 PM. 6:05 rolls around and it’s not present. I call and they say they’re waiting for a DoorDash driver so that have even taken more time I go to pick it up myself I wait in line for 40 minutes while also seeing employees stand outside and talk in the phone there was a car in front of me waiting and now one behind me.. and several in the actual parking lot waiting I’m normally patient and understanding but this service was absolutely ridiculous and terrible. Would mot recommend. Then I get back home and the wings barely were sauced. So disappointing smh
The pizza was absolutely delicious!! However waiting in line for the pick up window was a nightmare! We sat in line for 40 minutes.and unfortunately couldn’t get out of line because their were cars in front of me and behind me. When I finally made it to the window to pay and pick up the order I felt like I was intruding into a conversation that was going on amongst the workers. Again the pizza was AMAZING! Hopefully the next time we choose Donatos the pick up will go much better! Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is great for those who don’t like meat. And the toppings are always great and taste fresh!

I don't know why I decided to reorder from here. do not order for delivery unless they allow at least two hours before they want to order their order. I have placed my order at 6:29 a.m. for a delivery time of 7:45 a.m. it left the building around 19:24 clock. When I called the door at 8:10, he said that my order was 20 commands from the execution, so that he had assigned it to another driver. I called to cancel my order, but that's a joke because no one picks up unless they want an order. do not use this place.
We ordered pizza to be delivered and received a delivery time of 7:52pm. However we did NOT receive until 9:13pm !!! Called customer service and they did NOT help!! When the pizza came it was cold and the delivery person by ‘door dash’ said she’d never deliver for them again. Tried to file complaint online unsuccessfully. Called customer service again and she said she’d make sure someone call me. No one has yet! Called back for four or five times.
absolutely not order delivery from here, they outsource delivery to door thath, it took them an hour and 20 minutes for door thath to find a driver for my order, pizza came cold and the door that made me go out into her car to pick up my food after honked in my neighboring around 10 o'clock. after we made pizza new, it was delicious, the personal in the load was in order. definitiw not my first choice for pizza in the opposite. better donatos make
This is by far THE absolute WORST donatos store to order from. EVERY TIME WE ORDER there is always an issue. The store is ran EXTREMELY POORLY. Customer service is AWFUL. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I wish there was a way to give a zero star. This place needs management if you do order from here make sure you check your order before you leave. Price per person: $20–30
