The service in this restaurant is so ridiculously bad that you think: this can't seriously be happening. So, first thing was: we ordered a main dish, trout. So you might expect, that a main dish comes with any side like potatoes or rice etc and vegetables. Especially since it was the main dish and pretty expensive. But, guess what, we ordered trout, so we just got trout. So literally it was only one piece of fish on a plate. We asked for a little bowl of rice. But after couple of minutes, the waiter came back and said something in Spanish that we didnt understand, so: we never got the rice...The second thing that we ordered was a platano with cheese, tomatoes and onions. So what came? A cold...
We had a lovely meal here. As in all the restaurants in Salento we have been in the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a patacón with cheese and salsa to start. The patacón was very thin and crispy and the cheese tasty. The trout was the best we had in Salento (along with the trout at Rincón Lucia). The smoked ribs were very tasty and if you have been carving bacon they certainly satisfy that need.
Great food, good ambiance, and lots of love and hugs....Chicken soup was incredibly delicious and so was the Bandeja Paisa Laurita and her staff offer a service that invites you to return....We were there for breakfast and lunch on the same day! Love the decor and memories that are shared throughout the restaurant, one of a kind for sure!
We ate here for lunch and had fresh trout, which comes with salad, yukkas, and patacones. The food came out much faster than 90% of the Colombian restaurants. The atmosphere was festive, and our service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. We decided to go back for dinner the following night. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We visited the address and we're told by some locals that this restaurant had closed down. Although it appears to be a going concern online, it was shut the night we went and had been shut for a number of nights. Not sure if it is closed indefinitely or whether the owner is just having some time off.
We stopped by there for lunch on a rainy day because there seemed to be a lot of people eating there. It was a great choice! We had great food and service. We ordered the plantain toast (which is a large chip with sauce), cheluta de pollo, and lomado de cerdo.
We were recommended to eat here by our local Cocora guide and this was wonderful. Beautiful trout and such a groovy beautiful and colourful setting. Wished we had eaten here the night before as well!
The restaurant is excellent for a large group of people, the drinks and food was excellent and the staff were friendly. They did'nt speak English but we got by with ordering Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I enjoyed trout with spices, nice, it comes with fried plantain which is a huge flat portion of plantain, delicious.
