I absolutely love this place! They have the best donuts around, from the classic varieties to gourmet options like the blueberry cheesecake donut shown in the photo, which is my personal favorite. I also really enjoy the mango-filled donut, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. If you arrive early enough to snag a ham and cheese croissant before they sell out—usually by 9 a.m. at the latest—you're in for a real treat with the best breakfast sandwich! It doesn't come with egg, which is great for me since I'm not a huge fan of eggs. I recommend this place every chance I get!
My family and I often make the drive to Salt Lake City on Sundays to hunt for donuts. There are a few places that stay open on Sundays, and today we discovered Donut Boy. We arrived just as they were closing, but luckily they still had a selection of delicious donuts available. We tried a blueberry, pumpkin, apple, maple bacon, and a powdered cream donut. They were all so good that we couldn't pick a favorite, although the apple pie donut is a definite standout. The flavors here are spot on!
To say these are delicious would be an understatement! One of our co-workers often stops by Donut Boy to grab a box on the way into the office, and let's just say they don?t last long! These donuts are incredible! I 'm not a huge donut fan, and in the past only liked fresh, hot glazed donuts because everywhere else I 've tried donuts they taste dry, old or have a bad texture. These are amazing and they have unique flavors that go above and beyond. The cheesecake ones are amazing. I absolutely love donuts and have tried several specialty donut shops in Utah, but these donuts are the best by far—every flavor is delicious! Yummy donuts but I wish they had more flavor. The candy ones just have candy pieces on top and that?s it. I would love it to be similar to Krispy Kreme where the peanut butter is inside the donut. I loved the cherry one! So good! And the crumb ones and glazed! I?ll be back to try the other flavors.
