I walk into this donut place to find a man sitting behind the counter with headphones in watching something on his phone. We stood there for like 3 minutes, said excuse me and he still didn 't notice we were standing there. Another customer screamed out and he finally turned his head to us and told us he was watching the news. He gets up from his chair puts his phone down and asked us for our order. Does not even wash his hands or put gloves on after touching his dirty phone and grabs 3 bagels out of a bucket and begins slabbing butter onto the bagels. On top of it all this guy was not wearing a mask!!! Safe to say we threw out all the bagels and went to McDonald 's instead. I 'm lucky I wen...
My family and I have been coming here for years (whenever we're visiting from out of town), and we love the place. The donuts and coffee are always fresh and delicious, the gentleman who works there (and has been for years) is lovely, and we enjoy the local feel.
I've always wanted to go to a Donut Connection, and I finally made it to this one in NCM. I ordered my donuts, and the guy working was super energetic and kind... so kind that he threw in a few free donuts, and it made my day! I will certainly be back!

Fantastic experience! The owner is a great guy, and the service is excellent. The donuts are even more impressive—far superior to Dunkin’ Donuts, in my opinion. I highly recommend Donut Connections if you’re considering it!
There was no social distancing or mask-wearing happening at the restaurant. The person behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask or even gloves, which I found quite concerning. It was really disappointing.
No mask, no gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Who knows what other poor hygiene habits they have.
