While staying nearby, we frequently passed by this restaurant and decided to stop by on our way out of town. Arriving at around 8:30 on Labor Day, the place was extremely busy with a line that extended into the dining room. Despite the crowd, the lone staff member taking orders warmly greeted us. When we reached the counter, we had a pleasant conversation with him. Our family tried a variety of donuts from the right side of the display case and were all pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. These were definitely some of the best donuts we have ever had. We hope to have the opportunity to visit this place again in the future.
Took my hoard of heathens out for breakfast this morning to treat the 2nd oldest for his birthday. They ordered about 2 of everything on the menu ???? and every single thing was ridiculously delicious. The birthday boy took one look at the plate sizedcinnamon roll and decided he wanted that instead of a birthday cake. These 4 boys have been snacking on all the goodies sincefirst thing this morning and are anxiously awaiting cutting into the cinnamon roll after dinner. My only regret is that we areonly in town for vacation and it's a 45 minute drive from our actual house ???????? we will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I stopped by this restaurant on our way home this morning to pick up a couple of donuts. We've been in the area for a year and this was our first time trying their pastries. I stayed in the car and asked my husband to surprise me with something. And boy, did he deliver! We were shocked by the size of the cinnamon roll he brought back - it was more like a cake! An average experience. As someone from the South who grew up on biscuits and gravy, I have high standards when it comes to finding the best in the area. Unfortunately, these biscuits and gravy did not meet my expectations. While they were made with sausage grease, they lacked flavor and I suspect they may have been cut with vegetable oil. However, the donut was a standout. The old-fashioned yeast donut was larger than average and the icing was surprisingly delicious.
I have visited this restaurant twice and bought donuts to take away. We tried the cinnamon roll, sugar, and blueberry filled donuts. All of them were delicious, with the cinnamon roll being my favorite. The prices are a bit high, but the donuts are also larger than what you would typically find at other places. It may not be something I do regularly, but I will definitely come back when I am in the area.
Without a doubt, this was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted! I can still taste it now and the donuts were equally delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a lovely breakfast together in town. Highly recommend!
Loved it. Was welcomed kindly by the staff, and appreciated their patience as we took forever to decide. Totally pleased with the visit and the coffee. The buttercream filled chocolate was probably my favorite. It was so big though. I can?t wait to trythe raspberry filled. I wasn?t daring enough to try the fruit loop covered chocolate donut.
