I really wish they had a permanent storefront, but it's definitely worth the effort to track down their pop-up locations. Right now, you can find them most Sundays next to Alga Beer Co on 12th Avenue. If you're planning a visit, check the Alga Beer Co Facebook page on Sunday morning to see if Le Dough will be there. They offer a delightful yeast doughnut hole that's both soft and crispy. Occasionally, they also have some cake-style options. I only had the chance to try them once, but during my visit, they had two savory brunch options: a cheesy biscuit with greens and red beans, and a chorizo burrito. I discovered this place on their social media for their weekend pop-up. They offer a variety of both sweet and savory vegan options! I tried the Pumpkin Chai Cinnamon Roll and the Chorizo Potato Burrito, and both were incredibly delicious and satisfying. The burrito has a bit of a kick but is bursting with flavor. This has definitely become my favorite spot to visit! They use wooden forks and serve their food in paper and aluminum foil containers. Updated from my previous review on October 17, 2021.
Honestly, what more do you need? They offer a seasonal and weekly menu featuring artisanal donuts and a selection of other treats like cinnamon rolls. Plus, they have a couple of savory breakfast options. When the burritos and biscuits and gravy are available, they're definitely worth trying!
