I hope this place begins to have their employees who will start to wear gloves. I came in 6.7.2022 at 8:20, the guy who made the food before me was to get his teeth. After I ordered my food, I ask the cashier if he can wear gloves, cashier told him to wear gloves and give him, he only killed it aside, and he stared at me as if he were angry. I was afraid he wanted to spit on my food or so I stayed and watched him, another guy came and stared at me and, I was lucky he was wearing gloves. If I didn't probably eat my food. The coyote in the Donnertal, the people who make your food, carry all plastic pots, why not this place?? Especially with Covid. I hope this will change how they do business....
If you're in search of a laid-back Mexican restaurant, Dos Coyotes is a great choice. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a wide range of unique Mexican dishes. You can choose from different spice levels, and there's a nice salsa bar to complement your meal. I also think they have a full bar, including at least wine and beer options.
Where else can you get a Paella Burrito except at Dos Coyotes?! Big fresh grilled shrimp, sausage, rice, and creamy sauce wrapped in a flour tortilla to stuff into your mouth. What else can I say. Too bad they no longer have the seasonal stew dishes on the menu. It was so good, The perfect comfort food. Shame on Bobby for teasing us like that!!
I just want to give a shout-out to an employee at this location, Erich. He is absolutely fantastic! He has a great focus on customer service, is always friendly, gets every order correct, and works effortlessly to restock and keep things tidy. Avoid portion size for you. An order by DoorDash and the Salmon Grain Bowl (which I ordered dozens of time, at least one other can coyote site) was nothing less scandalous in size. I guess Margen tighten, but fit your prices, not your portion sizes. By far the largest demolition of all cans Coyote sites. I got sad.
My favorite dish is the Yucatán chicken salad. It's amazing, featuring fresh grilled chicken, and the dressing is served on the side. Their quesadillas are fantastic as well—always delicious and perfect for leftovers. The quality of food is consistently excellent, whether you dine in or order takeout.
I ordered the Green Chile Enchilada Plate, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous enough for two meals. The chips were crispy and fresh, and the chiles were flavorful without being overly spicy. Highly recommend!
