The food is absolutely delicious. The service and atmosphere are just what you’d expect from a good taqueria—nothing too fancy, which I appreciate because anything too polished makes me question the quality of the food. To get to the restaurant, you walk through the market, which adds to the experience. It's also a great opportunity to sample some authentic Mexican dishes, like cactus, and enjoy a variety of fresh fruit juices.
Food was fantastic!!! Tacos, Quesadillas, Enchiladas (very spicy). However, be careful Extras charges. -THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD THE TIP TO THE BILL. IT'S ON THE MENU. Seriously. I always leave a 22% and the server lost out. -LIMES WERE AN EXTRA $1.49 One girl working makes it difficult to get prompt service. I'll probably be back, but it won't be my first choice in the future.
reminds me of nyc bodegas, they have a wonderful selection of foods and the store has a plethora of different mexican ingredients and foods. 10/10 would recommend the milanesa torta :
