not sure why this place has such a low rating because I love it. I've never eaten, but that's great. they need to know what they get this place, is an Indian almost food franchise, so quality is less than a table service restaurant, but the variety is massive and everything is veggie and taste is on. the menu offers Indian, indo-Chinese and italian inspired food. the dosa list is extensive, but the other options are just worth one try. This restaurant is a comfortable place to sit and eat, but both the service and food could be improved. They use the pencil and paper style ordering system which is convenient for ensuring you get the correct meal, but it lacks a personal touch. The food was average and the portions were smaller than expected, especially considering the prices. Overall, not worth a return visit.
One of a regular group of dining friends is a vegetarian so we all tried this recommended vegetarian restaurant.Parking was easy and conversation also easy but the restaurant was more a cafe and the service quite hit and miss.But the food was actually quite yummy.BYO with corkage at $8 a bottle and not expensive at all
a great place with many options. I am here several times and they have delicious indo-chinese. the dosas are popular all the time. I was a little disappointed with the Samosa Chaat. it was more of chole chaat and could hardly find the samosa there. but it is still a place for dosas and indo-chinese.

A place to go if you are looking for yummy Indian food. With a great selection of vegetarian and vegan menu, it has a warm ambiance. They are reasonable priced for it's quality quantity. Loved their new buffet!
we had visited the place on 30th august 2019 for dinner. the place is excellent in terms of food for vegetarian love people. must be visited for vegetarian food lovers in melbourne.
The service provided was mind blowing and the staff is very kind. And if you are looking for typical indian taste this restaurant is for. amzing!!!!!!
You wouldn't expect with a name like Dosa Plaza to make good North Indian dishes....but they do...try it out. We did this afternoon and loved it.

Food was very good quality with a bit of variety.Service a bit slow and had to wait for a while before food was served. Good location.
