The check-in process was smooth, and I had no issues with the staff, who were all very friendly. The first minor drawback was the elevator; it was a bit slow, as some reviews had mentioned. However, it wasn't a significant problem for us. Occasionally, the room card didn’t work perfectly, but that’s something I’ve experienced at other hotels too. If it becomes a major inconvenience, you can use the Hilton app to access your room.

This was a one and done experience for this family. I was really excited to stay at this location, especially after all the great reviews by other Hilton Honors members. The overall experience was utterly disappointing. When we arrived the greeting we got at the desk was, Checking in...? No, Hello or, Hey thanks for being a Diamond Member! I wasn 't asked if it was my first time there or if I had been to the area before. The person at the desk didn 't offer to tell me anything about the place. I had to ask for the details about using our daily credit. The only thing great about my stay was the fact that the Beach was a couple of steps away. Overall, this hotel was okay. Their food was not flavorful at all but rather dry or too salty. If you want something good to eat you will probably have to go back over the bridge or drive 12-15 minutes away to a decent restaurant. The elevators wait time was about no more than eight minutes which sucks. The rooms are really stuffy with markings and holes on their sheets. Service was alright it would be helpful if they had more people to assist. Lastly, they should really fix their air conditioning vents. It drips from the ceiling which can become a safety hazard. Beautiful location. Beach is pristine. Cabana rental is available from a private vendor and also jet skis if that's your thing. On site restaurant and outdoor bar, small bites and drinks on deck. Only problem with service was the elevator was broken and so we used stairs all weekend. I thought they could've offered free drink or reduced price cocktails as compensation. We frequent this resort as the beach is stunning and clean. We have been here three times and will continue to come. The staff is very friendly and the free cookies daily is a bonus. Make sure you go to the lobby every morning and get those fresh cookies… the kids love them …also you’re right across the street from a pretty decent gift shop! The beach has JetSki rentals right there just a few steps from the resort on the beach, and the daily cabana rentals are pretty reasonable and definitely help. Sunsets are breathtaking!
Right on the beach step out to the waves. Solid experience, service was very good, at the front desk and the cleaning crews. The rooms are updated, no carpet which is nice given all the sand you carry in from the beach. Gulf side view is worth putting up with a lot for. Fortunately, the hotel itself is pretty decent. Rooms are perfectly normal/acceptable, staff is great, and the beach access is top notch.Glad I picked this instead of the Hilton in Clearwater we drove up to check out the pier and the beach in front of Hilton was a zoo of humanity...packed like sardines. Our beach was open and easy and had tons of room.Front desk said they are closing to renovate after labor day; I'll definitely be back next year.
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. It’s an older building but well maintained and the pool was scrubbed and chemically balanced every morning, we were really impressed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was super friendly and quick to help out. We also enjoyed Mangos food and the friendly service we received there everyday. Best part we were on the beach daily and enjoyed the pool. This made for a fabulous long weekend

What a hidden treasure! This cozy beach resort hotel is everything you need to experience paradise in Florida. The staff was incredibly helpful, the restaurant was fantastic, and the bar team went above and beyond. Plus, the beach chair rental service collaborates with Hilton, allowing you to charge it to your room and earn rewards points. The photo is taken from our balcony on the 6th floor.
